Treatment

Thai Yoga therapy is an ancient massage, spiritual practice. It is the physical application of the Buddhist principal of metta - compassion. The recipient is clothed in comfortably and lies on a mat on the floor. The meditation starts with a brief meditation or chant, if you are comfortable with it. During the session, the practitioner stimulates sen lines (energy lines) with palming and thumbing and moves the recipient into various yoga like stretches. The session ends with savasana, a time of pause and deep relaxation.
